Quantum Thread Shipping Policy

At Quantum Thread, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and affordably. Please review our shipping rates and timelines below before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer weight-based economy shipping on all domestic orders:

  • Economy Shipping — $4.90: Available on eligible orders based on package weight. Applies to orders under $50.
  • Economy Shipping — $19.90: Applied to heavier orders based on package weight. Applies to orders under $50.
  • Free Economy Shipping: Automatically applied to all domestic orders of $50.00 or more. No coupon code required — the discount is applied at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business daysof purchase confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Economy shipping typically delivers within 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Quantum Thread is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at the information provided on our Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
